Terms for using this website and contacting SERRUNE. Paid SERRUNE RESPONSE services will be governed by a separate client agreement.
1. Purpose and agreement
SERRUNE is a brand name currently used by its individual operator. It is not currently a separately formed LLC or corporation. In these website notices, “SERRUNE,” “we,” and “us” refer to that operator acting under the SERRUNE brand. This website provides information about SERRUNE and allows business visitors to inquire about SERRUNE RESPONSE. By using the website, you agree to these website Terms of Service, subject to applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. An inquiry does not create a client relationship or agreement to purchase services.
2. A separate agreement governs paid services
Website information is not a substitute for a signed SERRUNE RESPONSE client agreement. The approved offer displayed on this website is $895 one-time setup plus $349 per month, but the scope, start date, payment arrangements, support, third-party usage expenses, cancellation and any refund terms applicable to a particular engagement will be set out in the separately approved written client agreement. We will not silently add new packages or guarantee particular sales results based on website content.
3. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with website operations, introduce malicious code, probe systems without authorization, impersonate others, or submit information that you lack authority to provide.
4. Inquiry submissions
You represent that the business and contact information you supply is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are permitted to submit it. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary to a general service inquiry. SERRUNE may respond to legitimate requests but is not obligated to accept an engagement.
5. Optional SERRUNE SMS program
If and when enabled, a SERRUNE inquiry messaging program may send texts relating to your inquiry, follow-up, and appointment coordination only when you separately opt in. Consent is optional and not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. You can also contact [email protected]. Messaging consent is not transferable to unrelated businesses or campaigns. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 6. Intellectual property
The SERRUNE brand, logo, original website materials and design are intended for SERRUNE's business use. Except as allowed by law, you may not reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit our original website content without permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

The website may link to external services or display an embedded form operated by a third party. Availability and usage of those services may be governed by the provider's separate terms and policies. We do not control unrelated third-party websites.
