1. About SERRUNE and this policy

SERRUNE is a brand name currently used by its individual operator. It is not currently a separately formed LLC or corporation. In these website notices, “SERRUNE,” “we,” and “us” refer to that operator acting under the SERRUNE brand. SERRUNE operates this website and receives inquiries about SERRUNE RESPONSE. This policy explains how we handle information that visitors and prospective business clients provide directly to SERRUNE. It also describes optional inquiry-related text messaging if that feature is enabled. For personal information that SERRUNE processes on behalf of a business client through a client-owned customer-response system, the client may be responsible for its own notices and privacy requests, subject to our separate service agreement.

2. Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we may receive your first and last name, business name, business email, telephone number, industry, service area, website address, your biggest operational challenge, preferred contact method, optional callback time and comments, and the privacy and SMS choices you select. We may also receive information you send in subsequent communications. Our hosting, form, and security providers may automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser or device details, and request or diagnostic logs as needed to deliver and protect their services. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in a general business inquiry.

3. Why we use this information

We use inquiry information to review requests, assess service fit, reply by appropriate channels, arrange meetings, maintain prospect and business records, coordinate approved onboarding and services, operate and secure our systems, document communication preferences and opt-outs, and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. Submission of an inquiry does not by itself authorize promotional SMS messages.

4. Communications and optional SMS consent

SERRUNE may respond to your inquiry through email or a requested telephone conversation. If an optional SMS program is enabled, you may separately choose to receive SERRUNE text messages about your inquiry, follow-up and appointment coordination at the number supplied. The SMS checkbox is optional and unchecked by default; consent is not a condition of purchasing services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or email [email protected]. We do not use a general inquiry or privacy acknowledgment as SMS consent. Marketing messages, if offered in the future, would require any separate permission required by applicable law. You can withdraw SMS consent at any time.

5. Mobile-information non-sharing

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. They are not transferred to lead generators or to our clients for their own campaigns. We may make limited information available to providers acting only on our behalf to operate the messaging service, maintain records, and honor opt-out requests, subject to their service and confidentiality obligations.

6. Service providers and disclosures

Our website and inquiry workflow use Cloudflare Pages (hosting), Tally (forms), Make (automation), HubSpot (contact records), and Google Workspace/Gmail (business email). At launch, Make sends internal prospect notifications to SERRUNE; the inquiry form does not by itself trigger an automated email or SMS to the visitor. Twilio may process mobile numbers and message data if and when a separately authorized SMS program is enabled. These providers process information to deliver their respective services under their own terms and applicable privacy arrangements. We may also disclose information as required by law, to investigate misuse or protect rights, or in connection with a lawful business transition. We do not currently use advertising pixels or optional analytics on this website. Before enabling those technologies, we will update this notice and implement any choices required by applicable law.

7. Cookies, embedded forms and tracking choices

Our hosting and embedded third-party form providers may collect technical information and use cookies, identifiers or similar technologies to operate, secure and diagnose their services. Those providers may collect information directly when you visit the site or interact with the embedded form; their own privacy notices also apply. SERRUNE does not currently operate cross-site advertising trackers or optional analytics on this website. Because we do not use those features, we do not currently change our website behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. If we introduce optional measurement or advertising technologies, we will first update this notice and provide any controls required by applicable law.

8. Retention and security

We retain active prospect inquiry records while actively pursuing the inquiry. For inquiries that do not become client relationships, our standard retention limit is 12 months from the last meaningful interaction, unless further retention is necessary for a legitimate ongoing business need or legal requirement. We review inactive prospect records quarterly and delete or de-identify records that reach the applicable limit, subject to lawful preservation needs and third-party backup cycles.

Paying-client records are retained in accordance with the applicable client agreement and legal obligations. We remove fictional internal test submissions and contacts after final validation, as practicable across the systems used. Consent, unsubscribe and SMS opt-out records may be retained for as long as necessary to document permission, honor communication choices, resolve disputes and comply with law, even when other prospect records are deleted. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to our operations, but no internet service or transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Your choices and privacy requests

You can ask us to review, correct or delete information you submitted directly to SERRUNE, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. Depending on your location and applicable legal requirements, additional privacy rights may apply. We may need to verify a request before responding. To make a request or ask about this policy, email [email protected]. For SMS, you can also reply STOP. If your request concerns information held by a service business that uses a SERRUNE-built system, please contact that business directly; we will assist it as required by our agreement and law.

10. Children and external links

This website is designed for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through the prospect intake process. Links to external sites and service providers are governed by their own notices and terms.

11. Updates and contact

If we materially change how we handle information, we will update this notice, display a revised effective date, and provide any additional notice required by applicable law. For privacy, messaging or website questions, contact SERRUNE at [email protected].
